Los Angeles, California (PRWEB) February 13, 2010

An ebook on building healthy self-esteem, and safer and stronger relationships, by Therapist and Life Coach, Kongit Farrell, SHE’S Worth the Chase! Ten Qualities Gamma Males Adore in the Females They Pursue And Marry, is being released via the web on 14 February 2010.

Statistics show that domestic violence, psychological and physical problems resulting from stressful relationships and children being raised by single mothers are all increasing in the United States. Part of the problem stems from females making poor selections in the males they have relationships with. Building good self-esteem and creating strong relationships/marriages will result in the increased safety of women and children and a stronger, healthier society.

Farrell, daughter of one of the first African American politicians in LA, Bob Farrell, says that her motivation for writing this ebook, and the companion book He’s Worth the Time, came out of a sense of deep frustration about the current state of interpersonal/romantic relationships between males and females.

“As a therapist,” says Farrell, who worked for the Clinton Administration in the Communication Office, “I see client after client with the same complaint: neither sex is content with the selection of the opposite sex to choose from for mates. I think that the problem is largely due to a misunderstanding of how males and females differ on the biological level, and how that difference affects everything from communication style to thought processes, and perceptions of reality.”

She goes on to say, “She's Worth the Chase will give women a better understanding of themselves and of males on a biological, social, and individual level. It includes insights on how they can improve their chances of selecting and sustaining a great mate and relationship".
