Unibased Systems Architecture (PRWEB) December 4, 2002 -

Chesterfield MO., November 20, 2002:MPI with the QuadraMed® MPIspyTM software. USA’s E-MPI software is a module of USA’s Resource Management System (RMS) enterprise scheduling product.

USAÂ’s RMS provides high performing patient scheduling functions for quick response call center operations. Registration information must be confirmed and schedules coordinated and placed within less than a minute in order to insure good customer service. Telephone waits are unacceptable, especially for patients requiring medical service. Linking USAÂ’s E-MPI with MPIspyTM ensures both rapid response and data integrity.

Jon Castner, USA’s Vice President for System Integration Services, indicated “the linkages between USA’s E-MPI and the QuadraMed® tools not only protects data integrity, but also provides a level of redundancy ensuring better security and privacy. Due to the product similarities, the systems will perform as an integrated solution.”
