Baycare Health Network Contracts with Unibased Systems Architecture, Inc. for System Integration Services
Unibased Systems Architecture (USA) received an order from BayCare Health Network for services to link USA’s E-MPI with the QuadraMed® MPIspyTM software. USA’s E-MPI software is a module of USA’s Resource Management System (RMS) enterprise scheduling product.

Registration information must be confirmed and schedules coordinated and placed within less than a minute in order to insure good customer service. Telephone waits are unacceptable, especially for patients requiring medical service. Linking USAÂ’s E-MPI with MPIspyTM ensures both rapid response and data integrity.
