GlaxoSmithKline Signs Contract with Numoda Corporation for Wireless Cinical Study
GlaxoSmithKline will begin using a patented wireless data collection application developed by Numoda Corporation. The application will expedite the clinical trials process while solving significant logistic challenges for Glaxo.

Philadelphia–June 21, 2001 –It was announced today that GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) has signed a contract with Numoda Corporation to deploy Numoda mTrialä handheld software on SymbolÒ Devices to automate patient screening and data collection for an upcoming GSK clinical study.
The patented Numoda mTrial and wireless client server technology facilitates the screening and dosing of patients, and helps GSK solve a significant logistics challenge. The Numoda mTrial mobile application replaces a paper process used in previous trials.
