Casting Call for MR ROMANCE, Daytona Beach, February 11, Are You the Next Fabio?
Romantic Times Magazine announced a casting call for all males to compete in the Semi-Finals of “Mr. Romance” to be held February 11, 2006 at the Mai Tai Bar in the Ocean Walk Village on Daytona Beach, FL, 5 p. m.

Mr. Romance is a competition show judging contestants on personality, romance IQ and charm. Contestants will meet the people in the publishing industry, attend parties, costume balls and Club RT throughout the entire convention. The winners will be selected by a panel of judges and readers.
Casting for the Mr. Romance competition is currently in its twelfth season. Men from across the country will vie for the Mr. Romance title, where experts will teach them everything there is to know about becoming the “man on the cover.”
The top competitors from the Semi-Finals will go on to compete in the Final Mr. Romance Competition in May, 2006, where one man will win the title of Mr. Romance. The grand prize is an appearance on the cover of a Harlequin novel and he will be flown to New York for the “photo shoot.”
Applicants must be males who are willing to compete for the affection of women, and must be attractive, outgoing, charming, energetic, in great physical shape, comfortable in front of a camera, and possess a healthy level of competitiveness. Males between the age 21 – 45, married or single may compete.
Semi-Finals will be held on February 11, 2006 at the famous Mai Tai Bar in Daytona Beach, Florida. Applicants must be available all day and must also be able to schedule the week of May 17 - 21, 2006 in the event they are picked to move to the finals. The top winner of the Semi-Finals will be awarded a $500 check (Sponsored by Diane Duff of 365 Fitness) and go on to compete in the finals. One contestant will also be chosen to appear in the 2007 Men of Romance Calendar.

If you are a model or an actor, please provide a detailed list of the paid acting/modeling work you have done and current employment.
