The Evening Division of Bergen County Technical Schools is now accepting registration for the Spring 2001 session. For the past forty years, Bergen Tech has offered inexpensive training in the trades ranging from Air Conditioning and Refrigeration to Welding. Computer courses utilizing IBM computers, health occupations, food trades, horticulture, classes on Internet/World Wide Web, and Cisco Networking certification training are just some of the programs being offered. Classes usually run two nights per week, three hours per session. There are a few courses scheduled for Saturdays.

Students may register at 540 Hudson Street, Hackensack between the hours of 8:30 a. m. and 3:30 p. m. on Monday through Friday and 6:00 p. m. and 8:30 p. m., Monday through Thursday. In addition, counselors will be available to answer questions about any program on January 8, 9, 10, 11, 16,17, and 18, during the evening hours. The evening division offers low-cost, part-time training in the trades or high technical fields. Classes are open to anyone interested in learning a new skill/trade or to upgrade an existing one.
