The National Phlebotomy Association signed an agreement with JobTarget to implement a new online career center. JobTarget's state of the art software will now power NPA's online job board. JobTarget provides NPA and their members with a number of unique, advanced, job board features that have been customize-designed for NPA's membership.

The National Phlebotomy Association implemented the job board on their website to help job seekers in the phlebotomy community find new employment opportunities. The service offers NPA a number of advanced features. These include a Job Alert system that notifies job seekers by email of new job opportunities that match their search criteria and an anonymous resume feature that enables job seekers to list their experience and qualifications in a protected environment.
