Apollo Real Estate Advisors, LP and Urban Residential, officially kicked off sales today at The Classic Condominiums, downtown Stamford’s exciting luxury condominium conversion, with the release of its Public Offering Statement to tenants.
Located at 25 Forest Street in the heart of one of Stamford’s most exciting and sought-after neighborhoods, the new condominium residences will provide the ultimate in elegant city living.
In addition to implementing high-quality design and construction upgrades, such as a new lobby, and common corridors, the partners will provide an array of amenities, including a puppy park with weekly “Yappy Hour,” a health club, and an owners’ lounge that will include bookshelves, a wide-screen television and wireless internet connection. Wells Fargo will serve as the on-site mortgage lender for The Classic Condominiums. Prices will begin at $350,000 and range to over $1 million for the penthouses.
