Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) October 4, 2005
Accomplished Jazz artists and new independent Jazz artists are jumping on Jaijai Jackson's bandwagon promoting themselves on worldwide radio.
Jaijai Jackson, daughter of Jazz legend bassist "Chubby" Jackson, known as the "Woman of Jazz" is on the hunt for new independent jazz artists nationally and abroad. "It is so rewarding to meet and promote such innovative musical artists who understand the importance of radio promotion and the platform that Xradio. biz gives them. As I see it, artists are ecstatic about finding this musical freedom for their artistry. They now have an independent voice as to how they can promote their music, as opposed to the old fashioned design of the past. Their projects are now in their own hands and they sit in the drivers seat", states Jackson.
Jaijai calls her interviews "Jazzfomercials", she takes a personal interest in learning about the artistry, musical background and influences of the artist she showcases and plays a good portion of their CD within a 30 minute interview. "Each artist walks away with a fine-tuned finished product of their personal thoughts, career and music promoted on worldwide radio, which ends up being an additional promotional tool for them", says Jackson. Jaijai invites seasoned-veteran musicians to her show to promote their CD's as well as having them mentor up-and-coming new artists with words of wisdom. Jackson has also aligned with the National High School Coaches association (NHSCA) www. nhsca. com as their musical arm booking clinicians into high schools and colleges across the country mentoring music students.
