CJAM Enterprises LLC, a Charlotte company, has opened its first of many locations planned for the Charlotte area. Their first location is at the Old Lancaster Shopping Center on Lancaster Highway.
"We were really attracted to TOPZ operating model and unit economics," said experienced restaurateur George Di Paolo, CJAM's General manager. "It's a simple model to replicate; and has so much flexibility that it was the right fit for our growth strategy."
CJAM Enterprises, LLC, acquired the Master Developer rights for Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Iredell and Union counties. The next location is scheduled to open by the end of 2008; their plan is to ultimately build 10 locations within the next five years.
