First Annual Health and Wellness Expo to be Held at Newgate Mall

The public is invited to the 2005 Health and Wellness Expo to be held January 6-8 at Newgate Mall, presented by Gym Hardwear. "With this expo, we hope to inspire those who attend that being healthy is just as important as any of their daily routines," said Gym Hardwear co-owner Casey Montoya.
"We have the most popular bodybuilder in the world under contract," Montoya said. "Gunter Schlierkamp will be doing posing demonstrations along with answering questions on health and nutrition as well as workouts. We also have cheerleaders and tumblers doing various routines."
