Arlington, TX (PRWEB) May 6, 2009
Intura Solutions, LP (Intura), a leading manufacturer of point-of-sale (POS) and enterprise management software for quick service, fast casual and delivery restaurant concepts, today announced that OrangeCup has committed to Intura Vision and Intura Enterprise as their corporate standard for all future store openings. The decision was reached by their executive team after a yearlong evaluation in five of their stores.
"Intura's POS and enterprise technologies provide flexible and scalable systems for OrangeCup's day to day operations," stated Young Lee, chief operating officer of OrangeCup. "We feel that Intura's top notch support and continued feature enhancements to their system give OrangeCup the best chance to succeed in an ever evolving retail industry."
OrangeCup, a quick service restaurant chain specializing in natural frozen yogurt, required a quick and powerful POS solution that printed nutrition labels that could be added to their yogurt cups. They also needed an internet-based corporate reporting and management solution to collect vital information from their stores in diverse geographic locations.
"We worked closely with management at OrangeCup to add features to Intura Vision and Intura Enterprise that were needed to efficiently operate their business," stated Joe Berryman, vice president of sales for Intura. "OrangeCup is the kind of organization that every POS company likes to partner with because we solve challenges together that any new concept experiences."
Intura added features to Intura Vision to print adhesive labels containing the guest's name, yogurt type, healthy toppings and nutritional information of the yogurt and toppings ordered by guests. In addition, servers use the labels during the food preparation process. Intura also created specialized reports to analyze the sales trends of toppings to their customers.
