AldenEm, in celebration of its 25th anniversary as a San Diego-based advertising, design and marketing communications agency, announced today that it is changing its name to Alden Marketing Communications (AldenMC), naming two new principals – Florentino “Junior” Fangon and Jennifer McKinley -- expanding its range of services, and launching a new web site: (www. aldenmc. com).

Alden Marketing Communications is affiliating with Eric Tulin, a prominent new media strategist who has managed the development of online applications, strategic planning and web sites for dozens of FORTUNE 500, business-to-business and consumer companies, including KODAK. He was involved in the early development of Facebook and other social network companies. Tulin is a graduate of Yale University. He is relocating from Connecticut to San Diego.

Alden Marketing Communications’ clients include leading national and international brands such as the Farmers Insurance San Diego Open, HEAD Penn Racquetsports, Bayer, Solar Turbines and Sabata Toys, as well as a broad range of b2b & b2c financial, industrial, healthcare and high technology companies. As Senior Art Director/Designer for AldenMC, Florentino Fangon joined the firm in 1997 after working as a digital imaging specialist for a prominent photography studio. He holds a degree in environmental design from San Diego State University, and has continued his education in graphic communications and photography.

Jennifer McKinley serves as Director of New Media. After studying fine art at the University of Western Ontario, McKinley studied multi-media at Platt College. She joined the firm in 2000, focusing on concept development, storyboarding, 2D, 3D and flash animation, video editing, web design, programming and site maintenance. This transplanted Canadian, who has lived everywhere from Puerto Rico to England, fuses fine arts with the latest in today’s digital technology.
