The Women's Retreat & Bikini Boot Camp is the newest program offered by Bella Vita Retreat. No bikini necessary for this Six-Night health adventure. The focus is health and fitness with a vast array of active classes including cardio kick boxing, bikini boot camp sessions, yoga, pilates, nutrition, stress reduction and more.

Bella Vita Retreat, known for their exclusive health inspired vacations, is growing in the direction of having themed group retreats with the Women's Retreat the first to be launched. Get ready to sweat and be challenged with a jam packed schedule of cardio, core conditioning and strength sessions. That isn't all that is included in the Six-Night Retreat. Guests enjoy nutrition, stress reduction and interactive cooking classes along with ultra healthy fare. Spa treatments are delivered direct to the guest's villas and can be givin inside or poolside. All the hard work pays off with a little relaxation.
The retreat has small villas that are designer influenced with terra cota floors, tropical interiors, soft linens and plush towels. Rooms are double occupancy and have queen and single beds with private bathrooms, living rooms, full kitchens and full laundry rooms. A large heated pool with soft padded lounge chairs and terry cloth pool robes is on the property surrounded by lush foliage, banana trees and many flowers. Easy access to to the downtown West Palm area is available via the trolley that runs from the downtown area of West Palm Beach to the villas. The service makes it convenient for guests to see attractions and take advantage of the shopping.
Six-night stays at the retreat cost $1975 per person and include all meals and activities, taxes and service fees.
