The personnel moves involve Ripple Effects InteractiveÂs client services, design, production, technology teams, and include:
-Lauren Blair, Producer  Originally a client, Lauren joins Ripple Effects Interactive from Carnegie Mellon UniversityÂs Department of Mechanical Engineering, where she managed the redesign of the departmentÂs Web site.
-Matt Brown, Helpdesk Analyst  Matt is a Microsoft Certified Professional and joins the agency from ICM School of Business and Medical Careers, where he provided information technology support.
-Cara Crowley, Account Executive  Cara joins Ripple Effects Interactive after stints as a trade show executive, first at Young & Rubicam and more recently at ExhibitGroup Giltspur, where she worked with large pharmaceutical companies like Wyeth, Astra-Zeneca and Schering-Plough.
-Amy Giannelli, Senior Interface Programer  Amy joins from Blattner Brunner, where she was senior visual developer working with clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Del Monte and PPG Industries.
-Stephen Hay, Account Supervisor  Stephen joins Ripple Effects Interactive after having worked as an account manager at CO2, a Pittsburgh-based agency, where he developed online strategies for Duquesne University and UPMC Health Plan, among others. He was also instrumental in developing an e-CRM program for Brusters Ice Cream.
-Christian Mayer, Interface Programmer  Christian joins from Communifax, where he was a web designer/developer. Prior to that, he was a user experience consultant at FullTilt Solutions.
-Scott Riemenschneider, Interactive Designer  Scott was recently promoted from junior print designer because of his excellent work for clients such as Carnegie Mellon.
