Visual Records to Release New Module: MedCorr Form Filler
In their upcoming version of MedCorr (Release of Information software), a new module will also be released called MedCorr Form Filler, which helps customers to automatically fill in their PDF healthcare forms.

Visual Records to release a new module called MedCorr Form Filler, which will save their customers time and costs by eliminating their need to fill in healthcare forms manually. The module, which will be incorporated into an upcoming version of MedCorr, consists of the following components/services:
Form Filler Module
A new section, Documents, has been added to the Patient and Request forms, which allows a user to add a PDF form document to any of their records. The user can select from a Master Document list of forms, which has been pre-loaded into the software. This list is created beforehand by having customers submit forms that they use regularly in their daily workflow to our company.
After the user selects a form, various fields such as employee name, social security number, employer name, or employee address will be automatically filled in on the form, using the information from the patient or request record. The user will also be able to send the form to appropriate parties as needed.
Once a PDF form has been created, it will be saved in the Documents section, so a user can open the form to view, print or revise it. If a form is revised, the original remains in the Documents section for historical tracking.
Master Document Modification Service
If customers require new form creation or modifications to existing forms, Visual Records can handle these needs through their Master Document Modification Service.
