The 19th annual Leadership Summit, presented by Health Forum and the American Hospital Association, will examine current practices in light of health care reform with hopes of improving the care process. The 19th annual Leadership Summit, presented by Health Forum and the American Hospital Association, will examine current practices in light of health care reform with hopes of improving the care process. The Summit will highlight proven and emerging models for hospitals and health systems to deliver value by improving performance along the care continuum. The program addresses approaches for creating an integrated network of care, managing increased risk for the health of populations, engaging physicians, and leveraging information technologies to improve quality performance. The Summit will be held in San Diego July 17-19 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt.
