Lowers and Associates Selects Bamboo SolutionsÂ’ Risk Auditing Software

Bamboo Solutions Corporation, a software development company providing collaborative software solutions to government and industry, today announced that it has been selected by Lowers and Associates (L&A) to provide online compliance monitoring for L&A’s risk auditing programs. iReview™, Bamboo Solutions’ online comment and review product, will be used by L&A to facilitate compliance with a variety of their risk assessment audits. The one-year contract includes the customization and leasing of the web-hosted product.
L&A conducts program compliance audits and services for its clients. Results from these audits, along with a “scorecard” based on this report, are sent to the client along with recommended actions. The client’s comments are either mailed or emailed back to L&A within an established review period. Open action items are closed by L&A only when the client acknowledges that the non-compliance has been addressed and corrective action is in place.
Under the terms of the contract, Bamboo Solutions will customize iReview according to Lowers and Associates specific user requirements. This will include forms that directly correlate to audit paperwork currently used by L&A. Multiple levels of security ensure the integrity of L&A audit information. IReview™ will simplify the monitoring of recommendations and their subsequent compliance that form part of the auditing process. This enables L&A staff to better serve their clients.
