Eloquor Consulting Receives Bronze Quill Award From International Association of Business Communicators
Eloquor Consulting, Inc. today announced that it received a Bronze Quill award from the Colorado chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). The award was in the Web Marketing category for the Colorado Human Resources Association’s (CHRA) Web site, which was completely overhauled under Eloquor’s direction.

Eloquor Consulting, Inc. today announced that it received a Bronze Quill award from the Colorado chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). The award was in the Web Marketing category for the Colorado Human Resources Association’s (CHRA) Web site, which was completely overhauled under Eloquor’s direction.
The International Association of Business Communicators is a worldwide network of communication professionals committed to the highest organizational communication standards. The professional organization was founded in 1970 and has more than 100 chapters and 13,000 members in 60 counties, including a chapter serving the Denver metro area. The Bronze Quill award is IABC's highest local honor and recognizes excellence in communication management, marketing, public relations, graphic design and media relation skills. Entries in over 30 categories were judged on completeness of the communication process, professional quality, originality and effectiveness in meeting stated objectives.

The Colorado Human Resource Association is one of the largest chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Wilson is a member of the chapter and was serving on the board at the time of the project. In this role, she was responsible for developing and maintaining the communication strategy for the 1,200-member chapter, including strategy for the Web site and message development. Under her leadership, CHRA’s site overhaul resulted in increased functionality in a variety of areas including a new content management system, the ability to submit certain forms online, RSS news feeds from SHRM, and a members-only area. This allowed members to be more engaged and derive more value from the site and led to an increase in sponsorship revenue since sponsors could target specific areas of the site with banner ads.
