"The reasons for not hitting one's triathlon goals vary but the right knowledge and persistence can do allot to unlock your performance," said Kerry Sullivan, triathlon training expert and organizer of the Triathlon Summit, which is scheduled to begin on November 25th. "And, because some goals can seem overwhelming, people also need more targeted guidance."

And targeted guidance is what they'll get. The Triathlon Summit will bring together triathlon training related experts from such diverse disciplines as sports psychology, strength training, nutrition, swimming, cycling, running and triathlon. It will be presented over the course of 13 weeks as one-hour "teleseminars," or call-in sessions where participants listen to experts share their secrets to a better life.

The first session will feature sports psychologist Dr. Patrick Cohn. Dr. Cohn has worked with professional athletes and teams for many years assisting them in getting more out of there game through there mental focus by getting into the "zone".

Other calls will include: Danny Dreyer, author of "ChiRunning"; Terry Laughlin founder of Total Immersion Swimming"; Cliff English who coaches some of the worlds best elite triathletes in the world; Hunter Allen literally wrote the book on training and racing with a power meter on the bike; Professional Triathlete and 5 time Ironman winner Heather Gollnick ; JC Santana is Strength and Conditioning coach who is regarded as the authority on functional strength training. Sullivan, plans to add more sessions to the mix.

"There's definitely something for every type of triathlete," said Kerry Sullivan organizer of the event. "And, the best part is you can listen to one or all of the sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own home."

With most of the excuses out of the way, Sullivan believes that people will take advantage of the high caliber of information being presented.

"These experts realize that not everybody has the luxury of attending a triathlon training camps around the world or seeking out there coaching" Sullivan said. "That's why they're making themselves and their knowledge available by telephone to people who otherwise wouldn't have access to them."
