Healthy Body And Pain Avoidance Seminar For Seniors.

A Life Long Learning Seminar titled, “The Healthy Body-Avoiding Pain and its Causes” is being held Thursday, March 16th, 2006 from 10:00 am until Noon at Mount Royal Towers Retirement Community. This free educational seminar will feature speaker Dr. Taylor Flannagan DC, of Oxmoor Chiropractic in Homewood who will address topics such as Diet Coke and Osteoporosis, headaches and their causes, foot pain, extremity weakness and numbness, and other topics.

A Life Long Learning Seminar titled, “The Healthy Body-Avoiding Pain and its Causes” is being held Thursday, March 16th, 2006 from 10:00 am until Noon at Mount Royal Towers Retirement Community. 

This free educational seminar will feature speaker Dr. Taylor Flannagan DC, of Oxmoor Chiropractic in Homewood who will address topics such as Diet Coke and Osteoporosis, headaches and their causes, foot pain, extremity weakness and numbness, and other topics.

Mount Royal Towers is hosting the event as the third in a series of monthly life long learning seminars. The seminars will be held each month on the third Thursday at the retirement community and will include the opportunity for questions and answers following the seminar.

In addition, the free seminar will offer valet parking, free blood pressure screenings, a door prize drawing, and refreshments.

The free community forum will take place at Mount Royal Towers Retirement Community in the Town Hall Community Room at 300 Royal Tower Drive in Vestavia Hills, from 10:00 am until noon on Thursday, March 16th, 2006. The Door Prize drawing and refreshments will be served following the seminar.
